The goal of this project is to create Nitsitapii parenting workshops that emphasize the cultural values and strengths of the Nitsitapii community. These values encompass respect, kindness, generosity, reciprocity, honor, and integrity. Our aim is to assist parents and families in restoring positive family dynamics and nurturing healthy relationships to effectively raise children in a well-rounded manner that addresses their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. The workshops will cover a range of topics, including prenatal care, infant brain development, educational family assistance, fostering healthy relationships, effective communication, and essential skills like nutrition, budgeting, financial literacy, and the connection of values to the land, environment, and universe.
